ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing incoming documents into respective files and labeling files
- Receiving mails from various departments.
- Recording incoming and outgoing documents
- Making and receiving phone calls.
- Providing all other secretarial and clerical duties in Registrar’s Office.
- Handling of Students enquiries
- Drafting internal memos.
- Any other duty assigned by my immediate supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills

- Hardworking and competent
- Good customer care skills
- Able to work without supervision.
