ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing incoming documents into respective files and labeling files
- Receiving mails from various departments.
- Recording incoming and outgoing documents.
- Making and receiving phone calls.
- Sorting, retrieving, recording and issuing of internal certificates.
- Sorting, retrieving, recording and issuing of external certificates (KNEC and KASNEB)
- Providing all other secretarial and clerical duties in the Registrar’s Office
- Any other duty assigned by my immediate supervisor.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good writing and reporting skills
- Adhering to deadlines
- Working without supervision
- Good customer care service
